Are Catholics, Jews, Mormons considered Christians?

Please don’t take offense… I’m very ignorant when it comes to religions.

They are ALL considered "ABRAHAMIC" beliefs. Jewish faith really isn't a Christian belief.

BTW even Muslim beliefs are apart of the "ABRAHAMIC" beliefs. So it's best to use that when referring to anything else.
@DeWayfarer Not "all" have Abrahamic beliefs. Some people in this world choose to consign themselves to strictly worshipping idols.

@LadyGrace sorry yet you better look it up from a non religious point of view.

All of that by definition is ABRAHAMIC since even Muslims considered Abraham a descendant.
@DeWayfarer I know they did, but I'm saying there are people in this world who don't worship anything, who don't even know who Abraham was. They certainly weren't going under Abrahamic beliefs. That's why I say not all people have abrahamic beliefs. That was my point.

@LadyGrace beliefs don't matter, by non religious . That's is strictly by "heritage".
@DeWayfarer what we believe and what we choose, means everything. They are what determines where we shall spend eternity.

@LadyGrace you can press YOUR BELIEFS, yet it doesn't matter to those separate beliefs from non beliefs.

That's is why there are definitions at all.

You can turn the word "THE" into a believers word, it still doesn't matter. The definition will remain the same!

You can continue this conversation endlessly and forever, yet definitions of words will remain the same.

What you are doing is totally pointless!

ABRAHAMIC will remain Abrahamic by heritage.
@DeWayfarer oh, not you, too. I was hoping at your age, you were beyond the cheap shots ...."oh you're pressing your beliefs, you're doing this, you're doing that" type thing. Believe as you wish. I don't take time for people like you.

@LadyGrace I have always been against the forced spreading of beliefs.

I am pretty close to your original protagoner on this site. Just happens I blocked all the christian groups! 🤣

You won't see me commenting in those groups because of that!

And it's not a cheap shot. Because it's the truth. You can see your comments all over this post.

Notice I haven't commented on ANYONE else comment! You came on to my comment!
@DeWayfarer Then I guess you're against writing in general, as we all have certain beliefs about any subject on here, and that's what this forum is for, in case you don't know. "Forced" is simply your mistaken perception.
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@LadyGrace you can post all you want and you won't find me on your posts!

Please stay off of my comments to the original poster! 🤷🏻‍♂️
@DeWayfarer Well thank you so kindly for that. I really appreciate that.
@DeWayfarer @LadyGrace

Let’s say Christianity, Judaism and Islam are all Abrahamic religions …
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@Soossie I have tried to do just that! 🤷🏻‍♂️😞
@DeWayfarer

Yes, but I think you’re talking about the religious not the religion…
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
@Soossie I don't believe she would honor that distinction. We will see.

And I will leave it up to you to argue it. I'll just block all notifications on this post! 🤣

"Not "all" have Abrahamic beliefs. Some choose to consign themselves to strictly worshipping idols."

The OP is about three specific religions/denominations. None of which worship idols. Judaism and Christianity are both 100% Abrahamic faiths. Not sure about Mormons. Yes, they read and believe in The Bible. Which is, in itself, an Abrahamic text. However, Mormons also believe in "American prophets"🤷‍♂️
@Soossie Yes they are. 👍
