Do you care about how people think of you?

I think it entirely depends on the situation and the people. I used to question why someone didn't like me, as I was nice to them etc etc. But that is a ridiculous standard to hold anyone to given I come across many people for whatever reason I dont much care for. We cant think everyone is something positive just not possible, or realistic. So now it is only about those people important to me, because I would hate to think someone I cared about had some kind of issue with me.
