It is important to note that a lot of people say they believe in God, but that does not mean they know Him or live for Him. Even Satan believes in God, but he's not going to heaven. In order to do that, Jesus said we must go by His standard for salvation. It is He who set that standard for good reason, not man and his vane philosophies.
