I bet a lot of them do. But the idea is that the physical world is an illusion and so physical infirmity is a matter of spiritual impurity and that a purely spiritual approach to healing is more effective than a combination of spiritual and physical.

@Pikachu I agreee to a degree. In the Christian practice it’s a common thing to apply faith and works for miracles.
Whether Jesus asked if they believe then told them to physical “get up and walk” or a blind man was asked if he believed then Jesus used “spit and dirt” and put it over his eyes and he could see.

Christian Science is a little different from mainstream Christianity in that way. They tend to fall on the side that it should be all miracles and no medicine.
Which is why they've had a number of child neglect and endangerment cases brought against them.

@Pikachu honestly I was once a Christian that believed miracles would just fall out the sky… then I realized that you have to work.
