Open Diary | Reiki
Dear Diary,
It’s been awhile but I’ve experienced something I feel is important to write on. Today I met with my long time therapist to do Reiki. I’ve never done it before and was excited and very open and relaxed going into this experience. You should know I’ve been practicing magick for 12 years and am very receptive or some people like to call psychic but honestly I hate that word because there is many bad actors that use this word. Anyways as she was moving through the point I was having visions and talking through them. I was very relaxed and calm. She moved to my stomach and I had some traumatic memories come but I still felt calm. Eventually she moved to my legs and pressed on a certain point. Immediately it felt like something was sitting my chest. There was a creature and he looked like a man but he was green and had wet skin. He had these beautiful green eyes and was about 6 ft tall. I wasn’t scared in him and it was like I knew him for a long time. I started shake even though I wasn’t anxious at all. I told my therapist about this vision and then it got more intense he started speaking to me in tongues. He told me to tell my therapist he wasn’t interested in her. When the session was over I just shared freely what I thought this was. It felt like an earth demon and I said that. It felt like he has been with me many years and he felt very familiar. I spend years working with spirits and had my fair share of experience with demons. I cannot say with certainty this wasn’t some manifestation of trauma. It might honestly be but whatever It is, is very deeply rooted to me. I Talked to my sister about it and she reassured me it was just in my head. I will explore this more but for now I will say it’s just in my head.
