[b][/b]Has anyone ever had a "dark night of the soul"? If yes, how did you make it out to the other side where awakening occurs?

After a few of them, trained myself to realise my mind was playing tricks and things were not that bad and things would be better.

I knew if I didn't do this, I would end prematurely.
