1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

The most important verse in the Word of God. If they don't believe this verse, they'll never believe the rest. However, the Word of God is the only recorded document that gives testimony to early man's history. Skeptics on here have tried to come up with an alternate document to push evolution as recorded history to replace the Word of God but failed to do so. Instead, they resorted to ridicule, mocking, and just plain displayed an act stupidity. Why? If they can't produce anything to support what they think is the true history of early man, then why go through the trouble of acting stupid to discredit the early history recorded in the Word of God? It's not logical at all. Plus, it's a futile attempt to change what has already been established in the history of mankind. No offense, but this is what I've observed on here.

It's really not necessary to try and prove that your religion/spirituality is correct and true and right. Christians have been doing this since the beginning of the religion. All that matters is it works for you, resonates deep inside you. It's something deeply personal.

First of all, I'm not religious. Second, Christianity is not a religion, it's true life. Third, it is necessary to challenge those who claim the Word of God is a myth and unreliable to let them see that they have no support for their claim at all. Jesus told us to go into all the world and proclaim the Gospel and make disciples of all nations. I'd say that's not personal, would you?

@GodSpeed63 Christianity is true life to you. And millions of Christians the world over. Because it speaks to you. And to them. It's great that it moves you so much and inspired you.
But other people on this planet are moved and inspired in different ways. You can't prove to them what you believe is real anymore than they can prove to you that it's not. Spirituality and faith is heartfelt, not provable fact.
