Plugone · 46-50, M
@SW-User I'm glad that it works for you.

cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
If I was it would be nature sounds like a babbling brook etc. I had a little machine that played different nature sounds and eventually it stopped working, it was very relaxing to listen to.
SW-User
@cherokeepatti OMG! Can't stop laughing

@SW-User i also sleep to serial killer documentaries. Lol but you are one step ahead
Carazaa · F
I listen Christian You-Tubes or sermons until I turn around and my computer falls to the floor and wakes me up 😂
Nothing really sleep or brainwave specific. Just an oldies station or talk radio on low in the background.
Sometimes an ambient noise youtube clip or something.
Canuckle · 51-55, M
Lol. I listen to select meditations off of Insight Timer. I have tried binaural beats, but there’s nothing more soothing than a beautiful woman’s voice.
SW-User
@Canuckle hahaha
TheScubaDiver · 36-40, M
I sometimes play sounds of pouring water or waves and it helps me calm
SW-User
@TheScubaDiver Choose nature then. I love rain sound and birds chirping
TheScubaDiver · 36-40, M

@Unlearn lol ok thanks
Unlearn · 41-45, M
@SW-User You see not all of us need crutches to go to sleep...
SW-User
@Unlearn Your brain needs though given that you are so obnoxious and judgmental. Not surprised.
Half a page of Dave Cameron's autobiography often does the trick
Beatbox34 · 31-35, M
Mostly metal music. Helps calm me down.
SW-User
@Beatbox34 really?🙄
SW-User
I just nod off.
BabyLonia · F
