As in coming back as a specific being, or being the reincarnation of some previous being? No. Do I believe there are certain spiritual values that are passed on in the same way DNA passes on physical characteristics? Yes. Reasons? I have experienced and seen enough spiritual bridges to think there may be something there, but not the extent of direct reincarnation.
