Is it unchristian to hate my Step Mother?

My Dad lives in Dubai because he doesn't like taxes and sometimes I have to call him late at night to get money. Anyway his new wife (who is 15 years younger than him😯😯😯) ALWAYS WANTS TO SPEAK TO ME WHEN I CALL UP😡😡😡.

I never want to talk to her because when my mum found out he'd been rutting with his secretary (my step mum) it might have led to problems with her self esteem which might have led to her plastic surgery addiction....

... And....

.... She is going deaf and I always always always have to repeat EVERYTHING I EVER SAY TO HER. She was in a car accident which damaged her hearing and I guess I'm glad she didn't die (I guess) but sometimes I wish the accident had made her totally deaf so I wouldn't even have to pretend to be pleasent to her on the phone. Sometimes I wish the accident had scarred her face because my dad prolly wouldn't have employed her and therefore he wouldn't have left my mum for her.

She is the only person in the world I don't like so is this unchristian?

yes. christian means little christ. as a christian we are supposed to live our lives in a way to try to be christlike

@DeluxedEdition but what about the sanctuary of marriage?
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@DeluxedEdition it sounds like you have some kind of resentment towards her because of your mother and father splitting.🤔
IndigoSavage · 22-25, F
@DeluxedEdition is that not OK?
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@IndigoSavage you asked if your behaviors were christian, NOT your father and step mothers actions.

their actions were very unchristian. but so is unforgiveness <3

@IndigoSavage other peoples’ sin doesn’t give us license to sin

@IndigoSavage
is that not OK?
the reason i mentioned it is because i wanted to bring that to your awareness.

remember in the new testament when jesus was teaching and doing all these great things and the Pharisees approached jesus and asked him what were the two commandments above all? and jesus said "
“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. “This is the first and great commandment. “And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.”

okay but what does love mean?

well it specially gives you a definition of what love is and how we are supposed to do it in corinthians

4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.

13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

those are the two commandments above all. treat everyone how the verses say, and you will be responding with love.

forgive your step mom. so that you can have peace and clarity in your heart. she will have to answer for what she has done.
