Do you find leading a Christian life painfullly mental ?If so why ? [Spirituality & Religion]

The Bible describes anyone that loves and follows Jesus, as a "Christian". In fact, the Bible says that all who love, follow and live for Christ, are Saints. That means anyone in the world. All followers of Christ are Saints. The Bible says not to pray to saints, Angels, Mary, or idols, but in answer to your question, when our body, mind, and spirit are in unity from following Christ, the Holy Spirit that God gives us when we accept him as our Savior, gives us peace, Joy, love, understanding, knowledge, wisdom, and a unified existence. It is never ever a burden but a constant learning of life and how to live it, nothing burdensome at all. It is a joy to walk in the knowledge of the Lord. We never stop learning.

Ya. I don’t go with the flow...and it turns my fam and friends on me. Its hard. And then...sins....bad things Ive done kind of torment me too sometimes. Some guilt I guess. I don’t know. Something along those lines. When I don’t get what I want...That’s not easy either 😅

No one likes Christianity because its tough on the self and ego. ... a lot of limits .

@InHeaven Just pray to Him and acknowledge that all his will is good and true and that everytime you have gone against his will you have sinned and thank Him for Atoning for all your sins.. You do not have to remember if you have covered everything.. 🤗

@InHeaven Here are my thoughts on this. https://similarworlds.com/2-Community/3933548-Can-Satan-deceive-us-through-dreams-and-visions
When I was Christian I had a lot of fear and hate. Once I got out of it and stopped believing I was betrayed by God it went away.

@canusernamebemyusername Very valid answer. I like that one . Did the hatred and fear go away ? How long did it take ?

Im a Muslim , and one of my friends is a Christian (catholic)
And nope she’s happy
It depends on the person.
If someone is following a religion they are forced into or doubt or hate they will live a painful life in general
Wether they're Christians Muslims Hindus Jews etc..
Well when I was still a Christian I had to committ at least half a dozen heresies just to make it work logically so yeah. For example it is pretty much impossible to reconcile the concept of the trinity without being a heretic.

Nope...but when I was 'Young in the Spirit', the trials were taxing yet enlightening.

Nope.. Since becoming a Christian my mind has had way more peace..

Christianity is great.

One's fellow believers will hound and torture one to death. Unless one is of the same or comparable denomination or sect.

So spiritually it's great. Socially it's painful and miserable.

This really isn't unique to Christianity. It seems every religion does this. Torture fellow believers.
