I have a feeling someone's after me. How do I get rid of this feeling?

You really shouldn't go against your gut instinct. Maybe someone is, or maybe not, but I'd sure be more aware of my surroundings and try to stay safe. Carry mace and a super loud, siren safety device on you. They've got them out now. Just look online.
