It's the new trend now on social media. They call it "manifesting" or "manifestation".
Frankly I think you can't make matter appear out of nothing but you can influence thoughts.

Reality is only as real as our perception of it so I guess in a way. I for instance do so much better when I truly believe I can achieve something.

Not by itself but I do believe that you can use it to gain an edge. Whether it is psychological or spiritual is irrelevant if it works.

All I can do is make sure reality doesn't get too damaged by anything I think.
