I have generally come to hold the view that belief in deities is more of a mental disorder than anything else. I hope some day it will be treatable as such and covered by most insurance plans.

Who said anything about belief in deities? There's only one God, Yahweh, who lives forever and it's Him alone that you have to disprove. All man made gods are dead and of no help to save mankind. The only disorder I see is the belief in evolution as if it were a god.

@GodSpeed63 You've just proven @GerOttman's point. Yahweh is no more real than any other mythical being.

@GodSpeed63 That's not a very solid argument. Time is of no importance to a god. evolution is merely existence in a static/imaginary continuity. everything happens in the same instant to a god. evolution is only apparent to mortals.

There's only one God, The Flying Spaghetti Monster, who lives forever and it's Him alone that you have to disprove. r'Amen.
How have I done that?
Are you having memory problems again? By professing a belief in a mythical being of course. There's only one God, The Flying Spaghetti Monster, who lives forever and it's Him alone that you have to disprove. r'Amen.

His memory often fails like that, it could be his age or maybe a lifetime believing in myths.
