God's Holy Spirit.
@GodSpeed63

How do you tell if it's god's holy spirit or a demonic force making you feel as if it's god's holy spirit?

I'm a new man in Christ more righteous than I ever was before. This is how I know for certain that I have God's Holy Spirit dwelling in me.
@GodSpeed63

Hmm not very diagnostic. There are far too many people who get a new start in life and become better more righteous people when they find a faith like Mormonism, Islam or even scientology.
What you're describing is actually totally ubiquitous to people finding a new faith.

But they can't (according to you) all be interacting with the real god so....how do you tell if it's the holy spirit telling you to kill your kid or a demonic force?

So?
So?
lol don't get frustrated. So if the experience you described is common to all faiths then how can you tell if the holy spirit is telling you to do something rather than a demonic force?

Good idea.

The experience I described is not common but you already know that.
@GodSpeed63

Oh...do you think that people who believe in other gods don't also experience a betterment of their lives, a renewed sense of purpose and a a righteous direction in life?

Were you genuinely unaware? Did you think Christianity was unique in that?
