I love his sole reasoning is 'there is no need to explaining to atheist because there are not going to believe our explaination. They are judgmental!'.

All my life, I asked questions to Christians and none of them couldn't explain instead they cried foul and insulted me.

As from his video for instance, he says 'God has sovereignty over creation of human being'. He doesn't say how or why, he wants atheists to believe it without question.

I mean if I tell you to believe that flying spaghetti monster has sovereignty over humanity, will you accept it without question?

It's just simple as that. We cannot take your words as such.

So God can take life as he needed because he is arbitrary of moral? 🤦 and you call us judgemental. I am sorry but that doesn't make your God compassionate or loving.

I think that's enough for the video and it still didn't answer the plot holes nor made your faith anymore logical. Sorry, but you failed
@JBird

yeah i've never found this particular argument to have any logical merit.
God has all the power so it is RIGHT that he does whatever he wants to us.
In the past, an american slave owner might very well make the same argument to his slaves...

@JBird
Have you ever deleted a computer program that has a virus? We are like a computer virus! What’s so hard to understand?
JBird · F
@Carazaa no, we don't delete a computer program to get rid of the virus. We delete the virus. Wrong analogy. If you want to self deprecate yourself as virus, you do. I am not going to see myself as sinned because an old book told so.
Carazaa · F
@Pikachu You think you are more important than a virus? You who love evolution!!
@JBird
Well that's the thing. These people have internalized self-hatred. They believe that humans are inherently evil and every man, woman and little baby deserves death.
They liken humanity to viruses or insects or other vermin and they're happy with that comparison. And then in the same breath they talk about god as a loving father, as if any loving parent would treat their children like a virus lol
JBird · F
@Carazaa yes, we are more important than virus
@Carazaa

If we're speaking then speak. If we're not speaking then don't speak to me.
JBird · F
@Pikachu religion teach them to see that way because it's easier to manipulate them
@JBird

It does seem to be a transparent control tactic.
Every negative feeling you have, every negative impulse is proof that you are garbage and you can only have value if you follow what we tell you god wants.
Carazaa · F
@JBird why do you say that we are more important than a virus?
JBird · F
@Carazaa if you are assuming a computer virus, they are made to corrupt the computer. Plus, they're man made and not a living being. Human being are living beings that aren't made to harm or kill anyone, therefore we are more important than the virus.

Now, why do you think we aren't important as virus (it can be computer generated or living)
JBird · F
@Carazaa Now, I think about it I thought Christians are not supposed to judge people. Then why are you evaluating worth of human life?

Biologically speaking, no life is more worth than the other. The rate of survival is based on survival of fittest. But on humanitarian basis, humans always value life of its own species above others.
@JBird
But on humanitarian basis, humans always value life of its own species above others.
This seems fairly self-evident lol.
It's just an example of theists not being able to conceptualize morality without a god telling them what to do.
Carazaa · F
@JBird Do you ever step on ants?
JBird · F
@Carazaa get straight to the answer. What are you trying to say?
JBird · F
@Carazaa did God took away lives?
Carazaa · F
@JBird God controls our lives and kills us instantly if he so desires which is just like you stepping on an ant if it bothers you! Except you didn’t make the ant so it’s worse to step on an ant than God killing us Because he made us we didn’t make ants so we are accountable to God for the ants! God made us and he owns us, and can do whatever he pleases and it is moral and just because we are pretty selfish and destructive in general!
Because of his kind heart he has decided to save some!
JBird · F
@Carazaa
Wow, there are so many flaws in your analogy.
God controls our lives and kills us instantly if he so desires which is just like you
I don't care whether you like it or not, but none of us are created or controlled by your God. Your God doesn't even exist.
Because of his kind heart he has decided to save some!
Oh yeah, he's kind because we are lucky missed us. I am sorry but that's not kindness. Love doesn't work that way.
JBird · F
@Carazaa
God made us and he owns us, and can do whatever he pleases and it is moral and just because we are pretty selfish and destructive in general!
Owning people isn't moral. Doing whatever he wants isn't moral either. By your logic, parents can kill their children if they want.

People step on ants accidentally or if they're hurting them. Not all people are destructive in nature. You're judging people in a harsh way.
Bushranger · 70-79, M
@Carazaa
so it’s worse to step on an ant than God killing us Because he made us we didn’t make ants so we are accountable to God for the ants!
So I take it you are vegan.
Carazaa · F
@Bushranger No I’m not vegan! God made the animals for us to eat!
JBird · F
@Carazaa so why do you think stepping on ants make us destructive in nature? You're not making sense
Carazaa · F
@JBird
You are not making any sense and you don’t even realize it!
JBird · F
@Carazaa how am I not making sense? Explain. You are not even trying to understand what we are saying. You don't want to listen to but expect us to believe the bullshit you tell.
@JBird

What you have to understand is that to a christian, the idea that if god made us then he not only has the right but is morally justified in utterly destroying us if we displease him is perfectly acceptable.

Of course this is obviously flawed logic which they will immediately agree is flawed if you apply that kind of "might makes right" mentality to literally any other scenario.
But to those who have swallowed the propaganda, god literally can do no wrong, no matter how it may seem.
No logical argument nor reasoned criticism will break through that brainwashing.
