Young Christians? [Spirituality & Religion]

There are a lot of young people around with religious beliefs.. But because the media is dominated by anti religious the perception is that there are not many religious young people.. Mass Media gives the impression,, a fake propaganda impression that religion is old and no longer relevant.. This tends to cause a lot of religious young people to keep their beliefs to themselves out of the belief that they are in a minority and will be attacked and denigrated if they start to talk about their beliefs..

It's a dying religion. Many young people are turning to the Old Religions of Wicca, Druidism, Odinism etc. Others simply don't need or want religion in their lives.

In my youth, in the UK, their was something of a presumption that white people here were automatically christian. Some people even though having a child christened was a legal obligation. Naturally, the church did nothing to correct that misunderstanding. UK state schools are still required by law to hold daily christian religious assemblies. As people are becoming more knowledable, the christian church is losing its grip.

Yeah your numbers certainly have dropped since your religion stopped murdering people who weren't christian.

Theres plenty of young Christians around here, I suppose it depends where you live, theres some really good Christian youth groups which is really encouraging. I really hope you find some believers your age, and it's great that you know the Lord!
