Are there any logical arguments for Christianity or Islam? [Spirituality & Religion]

For Christianity I believe there is a pretty decent argument if you really examine it. As for Islam I don't believe so..

None. They share self-contradictions, belief they are the one and only, and violence.

My value system considers them harmful to humans and our fellow Earthlings. This is BEFORE the manipulation by the so-called leaders who use it as a tool for personal power.
