Are there any logical arguments for Christianity or Islam? [Spirituality & Religion]

For Christianity I believe there is a pretty decent argument if you really examine it. As for Islam I don't believe so..

All beliefs (not just religions) can't be proven. It doesn't mean they can't be critically explored and it certainly doesn't mean they shouldn't be explored. It's very important to explore our faith but it's equally important to realize you won't be proving it logically
