Religion is a system of belief and worship and the bible shows us that god went into great detail telling man how he wanted to be worshiped: what rituals must be performed, how and where those rituals should be performed and by whom...

God tells his people what kind of sacrifices to make, what kind of animals they should be, when they can make those sacrifices, where they should make those sacrifices and who can make those sacrifices.
He says what days should be celebrated, what festivals should be kept holy and how those festivals should be recognized with specific acts and food preparation.
These instructions are found in such books as Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, first and second Samuel, Judges....the old testament, dude.

You rebutted your own self. You didn't need me to do it. God didn't create any religion what-so-ever. In the OT, He let man try to redeem himself from sin and live the life He gave man in the first place. Since man couldn't govern himself during the OT times, God provided redemption for mankind at the right time through His Son, Jesus Christ. Religion had nothing to do with God's plan.
