Do we need God for Morality? [Spirituality & Religion]

Obviously the secular answer is a resounding NO.
But if you're a theist who says "yes", i want to hear your reasoning.

Morality is something internally created. Religion being an outside source provides a source of ethics. So yes the God associated with that specific religion is needed to provide ethics related to that particular religion. Universal morality does not exist no matter how much we wish for it.
