Genesis 2 order: Man, plants, land animals and birds, Woman; no mention of fish

@Reverend Unless you are proposing a new form of counting in which First is the same as Second while also separately being the same as Fourth, it's a contradiction.

@OggggO No in chapter 2 God goes into detail about Adam and Eve more and how he brought the animals that were already made to Adam and Eve to name!

@Carazaa No, I just quoted it. According to Genesis 2: God makes Adam. God decides Adam needs a companion, so God makes all the animals. No animal is suitable, so God makes Eve. This is very different from Genesis 1, where God made all the animals, then made Adam and Eve at the same time afterwards.

Not correct!
In chapter 2 God says after ALL the animals were made and Adam was made there was no helper for Adam among all creatures so he took a rib from Adam and made Eve. Then God brought the animals to them to name! God repeated the story and added to it how Eve was made and how the animals were named!

@OggggO God often repeat important stories in different ways. to give us a different perspective or view! Why don't you now read the 4 gospels and see if they contradicted themselves. They do not! But read and find all the non contradictions because they are very different books about Jesus. Go on...
