I am a born-again believer, like WildEcho and Godspeed. If you'll look under my profile I've written about my beliefs and why I believe like I do. There is a lot of subjects and material in there you can choose from. I will send you my testimony, as well. Feel free to ask me anything, but do check out my articles.

Christianity is unlike religion. Religion is described as man-made philosophy. God did not give us man's plan for salvation, but His plan for salvation, because man's plan is flawed and it is only his philosophy, not God's. following Jesus means you have a personal relationship with him, not a religion. God doesn't care about denominations and who belongs to what. He cares about our heart and helping us find our way to his Father in heaven. The reason I follow Jesus is because he is the only one who has access to God, his father in heaven. That's why his father sent him... not to condemn the world, but to save it. Jesus is the only mediator between God and man. Check out all the other gods in this world and they do not even present a plan of salvation. They do not see nor hear. They believe in getting to heaven by good works and even God's word says that no one can work their way to heaven by being good or anything else. If that were true, then Jesus would not have had to come down from heaven and die on the cross to save us from our sins. He paid our sin debt on the cross with his blood. Please read through my articles and see what you think. It is Jesus who did the "work" of salvation, on the cross. We never get to heaven based on our performance. Never.
