its not being atheist that makes us bitter and cynical. its the patronising, insulting and sometimes outright malicious tone theists take when they find out.

@NeloAngelo I've chilled out a lot about my atheism and am happy to just let people get by in life however they so please. That said, growing up in a religious town it was not exactly an easy path to take. It's easy to get nasty in response.
