I stopped ignoring how much the hypocrisy I was seeing in churches bothered me. And I started asking myself if what I believed was truly from GOD, or if it was from PEOPLE and what they were telling me I should believe.

@StarLily Good point. I think if you get too sucked in you never really take time to step back and asses the entire system.
