@Carazaa You should have posted it as a "Yes or No" question instead of giving details in your heading. That made it more like a platform for discussion.

@wilderflower I think you've been fed lots of fairytales. The God of The Bible is the real deal. He's done so much for me and He's about to do something big. Can't wait 🙂

@karysma If that’s true why do you have to wait? If god is all powerful and all loving like people are saying why the wait? And why is there so much pain, suffering, and unrest in the world?

@wilderflower Because we are a rebellious people! But God answers the prayers of his children if we are obedient and have faith as much as a mustard seed. There are many reasons why God puts us on a waiting period. One is that he wants us reading the Bible and seeking his will, not ours. Another is he wants us to be busy working and the world needs God and there are "few workers", another is we have sinned. God had the Jews in the desert for 40 years because they complained about the food there that God had given them, so he gave them different food and stalled their entering the promise land for 40 years.

@Carazaa So according to the story god punished people for complaining about something that god didn’t provide?

@wilderflower God did provide food for them but they complained. He wants us to be thankful. And yes there is a punishment for complaining!
