I don't know why religious folks reject the theory of evolution. [Spirituality & Religion]

Seems to me that someone could certainly believe that a god created life through evolution. Is the only answer that they believe the bible is literally true?

Their belief relies on taking the whole thing as truth, you don't get to pick and choose
