Any belief that purportedly has a focus upon a Powerful Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Superior Higher Entity which can be influenced its adherents (using specific prayers, money, signs, offerings, deeds, actions and rituals) to be personally favorable to one or any group of humans while excluding one or any other group of humans.
