a spirit anything is still real , just on a higher plane than us , but no never met my spirit animal but have seen and spoken with an Angel or 2

@Softlywaking: looked like a handsome man , tall dark hair no wings or Halo and incredibly strong , he spoke with his eyes and he said what are you doing ? ha ha because i was on the defensive , i didn't know who he was at first
