Do you find Ebola amazing? Ever had some of that Ebola grace? Or slavery? Do you find slavery pretty great?

Here's the thing. Why does an all powerful being create beings, give them rules, create them in a way in which they'll break their rules, then send himself in the form of one of these beings to then be tortured to death by these being, simply to change the very rules he came up with in the first place?

"He died for our sins!' and all of that. Well, The all powerful being created the rules of what defined sin, then created us to be able to sin only to punish us for sinning, atleast in the beginning of the book. Then later he does what I mentioned above to change the rules, which he could have changed himself since he is all powerful, and then he asks us to be thankful for it? But why? What's the point?

And Noah's flood? He created human beings. He is all knowing. Therefore he knew we were going to turn out bad and that he was going to have to kill most of us in a flood. So if he knew all of that before he did it, then why did he do it at all?

@Allelse

We lost a good standing in the Garden of Eden and we were cursed because of our sins. so there are diseases, and pestilences, and famines, and floodings. Especially in the last days Jesus says. But he will hear our prayers if we are saved and walking with the Holy Spirit and not sinning. He wont hear our prayers if we're not or sinning. Jesus has made a way for us to get our good standing back by blotting out our sins, but we have to repent. He made the world so who knows what his plans were from the beginning. I simply don't want to question God in that way. That is not our job. We will know one day.

@Carazaa An all powerful being creates beings he knows will ruin their own chances at paradise, which he then punishes. And he knows all this because he is all knowing. What was the point? He knows already who will sin and who will not. Much like Santa, but even more so as he knows who has been naughty and who will be naughty. He created this, knowing what will happen because he is all knowing. He created beings to punish, knowing that would do bad.
Carazaa · F
@Allelse I would do less blaming God and more contemplating your own sins, and repent!
Allelse · 36-40, M
@Carazaa But why? Why drown the world. Alright. Why invent beings he knew were going to get SO bad that he was going to have to drown them anyway? And not just the adult beings, but the babies and the children who hadn't done anything wrong. Not to mention all the poor animals. What was the point? He's all knowing so he know what was going to happen. Why bother.

@Allelse we have a lot to learn from the flood, God warned the people through Noah that the judgement was coming and they ignored him, thinking he was joking. Those people didn't have to rebel, they chose to.
It's very similar today, the judgement will come and people today think it won't happen just like in Noah's day. We will all have to stand before God but those who have accepted Jesus gift of forgiveness, like the thief on the cross they will go to the most amazing place where there is no more sorrow, sin or pain
Carazaa · F
@TheWildEcho Beautiful, praise God for you!
Allelse · 36-40, M
@TheWildEcho But why create beings only to drown them? Why create beings, give them rules you know they will break and then drown them for it?
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@Allelse they didn't have to rebel against God, they chose to, Noah and his family didn't rebel, they used the free will God gave them to live for Him, and it's the same today
Allelse · 36-40, M
@TheWildEcho God knows everything. God knew they were going to rebel, he created them knowing they were going to rebel and then he drowned them for it.
Carazaa · F
@TheWildEcho What's frightening is that there were only 8 Godly people in the whole world then that were saved.
TheWildEcho · 56-60, M
@Carazaa yes, the world really was in a mess!
Carazaa · F
@Allelse Just stop your blame game will you and repent!
Carazaa · F
@TheWildEcho God is slow to anger and abounding in mercy! But there has to be an end to the mocking Him! And they probably mocked the poor Noah in the desert builing a boat!
Allelse · 36-40, M
@Carazaa God is all knowing. God knew what humanity was going to do. God created humanity knowing they were going to rebel, and then he drowned them for it. What was he hoping for? That they'd surprise him? But if they were going to surprise him then he'd have known they were going to surprise him and he'd have known that he wouldn't have to drown them but instead they rebelled, which because he is all knowing he knew they were going to rebel but he created them anyway knowing they were going to rebel only to drown them; which he knew he was going to do. Because he is all knowing.

@Allelse God is not the bad guy here. People did wrong which he knew they'd do even before they did it and got punished which they deserved. Maybe God left a few people alive so the Bible would be written and everyone knows what he can do when he's angry
Allelse · 36-40, M
@karysma Why though? Why create beings in such a way that they will break rules that you created, and then punish them for doing what you created them to do? And you knew what they were going to do before you created them because you're all knowing.
karysma · 31-35, F
@Allelse Would you rather not exist and miss out on all the things life has to offer or suffer the consequences of your actions when you do wrong?
Allelse · 36-40, M
@karysma I got no problem not existing.
karysma · 31-35, F
@Allelse unfortunately you don't get to decide your existence
Carazaa · F
@Allelse I believe God has something planned for you to do in this world, so ask him what that is! You are needed 💖
Allelse · 36-40, M
@karysma My parents decided on my conception, well one of them did atleast, the other was asleep. But my current existence I can end whenever I feel like it, which I plan to do when my knees stop working.

@Allelse don't use racist language

@Allelse 🌻Jesus wants us to love people! God is very clear that He doesn't hear the prayers of those who don't have faith in Jesus. I feel very bad for anyone who has ever been abused. I am for affirmative action, and against abuse! But sometimes we get treated badly but if we trust in God he has promissed to make "everything turn out for Good for us." Please read Genesis 37-50 about the boy Joseph who loved God and was a slave in Egypt because his 12 brothers wanted to kill him. But He always trusted in God, and God made him the Prime minister in Egypt as a reward in the end. And please read my post on how to get all your prayers answered, amazing miracles that God has done for me. 🌻

@TheWildEcho Couldn't answer it either eh?
