Absolutely! I believe he is returning in this generation even. Jesus said when you see these signs which we are seeing now he would return and judge the living and the dead.
The worlds state right now is indicative of His returning. Some believe there are more signs to come but I doubt it. The biggest sign that Jesus talked about is the falling away from faith, and people not believing, and false "Christ" having tickling ears and believing what they want to believe. And also the diaspora, the Jews scattering and coming back to their homeland, increased travel, increased knowledge, iniquity and cold hearts, increased of [i]great [/i] earthquakes, increased pestilences, increased knowledge, and mocking God and his people. This is prophesy coming true before our very eyes! That was NOT happening when I was young. Penicilin worked fine then, there were no computers, people didn't travel as much, people didn't mock God openly, and no crime where I was living.
