Does anyone study witchcraft? [Spirituality & Religion]

I’m very interested and want to study

God says he will curse us if we get involved with fortune telling, because it is gathering demons into our house. He also says that He will answer our prayers and give us the desires of our heart if we repent, and have faith in Jesus.

I care about you and be careful because curses stay in families for many generations. I want God to bless you🤗

@Carazaa this is BA because its True. If u don’t believe in god but apparently witch craft, just know you’re inviting demons around you who aren’t alive & don’t give a fuck about besides their needs 🤪 good luck trying to run away from them

@Carazaa

So...let me get this straight...

God's punishment for being involved with witchcraft is to perform witchcraft by cursing the sinner?

😂

Best thing I have read so far today.
That's a huge mistake, but as you wish.

@Fantasyproject It's not what God had in mind for His creation. He warned it is harmful to your mind and being; a wrong path to take. But of course, that's a choice only you can make.

My son became interested in it when he was in high school. I really freaked out...but because I make it a personal rule to try to research things before I make an informed judgement, I not only contacted some people online who were into it, but I also read a lot of Scott Cunningham's books, and a few others that were a little more...I don't know.

Anyway, Wicca is a recognized religion in the United States. It is not a dark religion and is more pagan and nature based. As I read about it, I realized that even Wiccans go beyond the more obvious goddess and god who seemed so prevalent in their religion, and recognized the existence of a Great God, Creator of the god and goddess.

All witchcraft used to celebrate Wicca is gray. It can be lighter, and it can be darker, and the good of it depends on the intent of the person who is attempting to "pray" by creating spells. There is a rule of 3 times 3...where all the good you do will come back to you three times, and all the evil you do will come back to you three times. It's like a boomerang.

One of the rules of Wicca also, is, "An thou harm none, do as thou wilt."

And remember, God is above all.
I always liked the books by Scott Cunningham.

@canusernamebemyusername I used to own his Book of Shadows until someone more or less stole it from me. Which is your favorite?

I've studied a lot about it. Many different traditions and ways. I'm more of an "Occultist". Jungian though. What would you be interested in learning?
There’s probably a lot of that on YouTube. Maybe you can put intro to witchcraft or magick in the search
