Yes,
Believing isn't a necessary component of Christianity. To read the lives of the saints, from Peter down to Mother Teresa. They all doubted at times. They all questioned their faith and beliefs.

"Make your calling and election sure", doubt isn't a bad thing as it can force us to seek deeper.

A daily surrender to God is important and it helps but, it is important to know also that someone who does not have the spirit of God within them would not care. So the struggle to answer that question should tell you something.

All your sins are forgiven through sincere repentance, and you did that and felt that before you were baptized. Baptism is a formality, and John the Baptist showed the way.
Now you have gone through the process of re-birth in Jesus Christ...in other words, your sins have been forgiven and you can live in the knowledge that God's love and mercy toward you are infinite. Is that a re-birth? Yes!
It is what happened inside yourself that is the key. Love, repentance, forgiveness...

Yes, we should question if we are saved. It is the most important question, because many are fooling themselves and wont go to heaven because they were never saved. Are we loving God above everything and following Jesus. God says
"These are those who love me those who keep my commandments."
If we have a hard time putting God first and loving people and all our enemies, and our prayers are never answered, then we need to analyze are we really loving God more than anything, are we loving and obedient? And are we tithing?
We can pray for more faith if we are weak, and keep praying for salvation if we are not.
God saves, we don't save ourselves. But God draws us to his wonderful truth and then one day he saves us.

@Carazaa Agree! So many Christians are barely (if at all) different than non-believers, if not outright worse. It is interesting that an alternative translation for "born again" is "born from above", so the standard for being considered born again / from above is pretty high.
I do - so I believe - put God first. Yet I have constant, irrational doubt. Let us just hope it is irrational.

Not a single disciple believed Christ when he told them he would rise from the dead. Everyone doubts.

When you feel God impact your life you’ll know it. Always study God isn’t a magic man and is far too complex for anyone to understand. I think people lose the desire to seek God. Because of that they stop studying the word. Reading the Bible is important, but that’s far from the only way to study and research God until you find God.

of course you can have doubts. if your faith can't survive being tested then you never really had faith to begin with in the first place.

@danawilliams2004 So young and so spiritually mature. I'll pray that your faith never stumbles.
Thank you for your answer. Have a blessed day.

Impossible. The new soul is released after they’ve been baptized inside of their park’s public swimming pool. It’s the chlorine

@Emosaur 1. We do know some things. We know that the Christ has risen, that He is the only begotten Son of God, that He got tortured and died so that we might be saved, etc etc. We know and agree on quite few things. That we disagree on some issues is not a problem at all. In religion too you have to see the truth for yourself. You can't just let the priest tell you.
2. I agree with the second sentence of this paragraph fully. The Bible itself gives us clear hints that these events weren't to be interpreted literally. I'm an evolutionist, and still believe in everything the Bible says.
3. Jesus Christ is the only Truth. I myself have personally come know this by being inspired by the Holy Spirit. There are logical and factual evidence in favor of Christianity and against other religions, but I do not use them to convince anyone. The Holy Spirit has to do that, not me.
4-5. You obviously do not know about it. I mean this most sincerely. If you did, you wouldn't be posing these questions. And even I only know the basics. You do know the basic tenets of Christianity, but that's not the same as knowing its theology. Its theology is VERY complex, and there are many false teachers.
