It mirrored the human power structure of the time. I am sure today, it would have been formed differently. However, with that said, yes he certainly has flaws.
@Bushmanoz @okaybut Jesus said that when the world has seen the signs of the last generation, and he told us what they are. Then he will come that generation. He wants everyone to hear and he gives warnings so we can repent. And we ARE that generation that sees all the signs.
