lol i know you're just being silly. Obviously god didn't change time, christians decided to start the reckoning of years differently in the 500s. There's a difference.

Yes. In around 530 or something they decided they'd start counting the years from the birth of jesus. Anno domini. It was a conscious cultural decision, not an edict from god.

No, dear. It's proof that someone believed jesus lived.

@Pikachu Yes you are so right many have believed He lived and changed history. I truly believe that those eye witnesses to the miracles, and the raising people from the dead, and Jesus raised on the third day, and walking around and then going home in the clouds to heaven like he said he would in front of hundreds of people, made quite history. So that's why the apostles wrote it down, and were willing to die, and were tortured rather than deny what they saw. And that's why people are changed today and willing to die for the good news that Jesus is in heaven now and the hope that they too will be raised after death.

It made quite an impression on them then, and on us now who have an open heart to truth and not brainwashed by skeptics and current media, music, and other worldly influences.

@Carazaa 🙄🤦‍♀️ Jesus's death was used as merely means of measurement of time. Since there were lot of followers at the time, the calendar was widely used. It doesn't mean that Jesus's death triggered a button to press itself and time just reset itself. How can people be so stupid?
