...why do fossil beds keep showing us stratification of organisms? Why are certain animals found in only certain layers instead of all mixed together as they would be if they all lived at the same time?

@Pikachu I have heard from the creation museum that they are in different layers cause the slowest ones where buried first in the flood. But In that case I would expect to see raptors and compies in the top layers and plants and brachiosauri on the bottom.
