Do you ever wonder if you are a good enough christian [Spirituality & Religion]

I sometimes think about whether I am a failure as a christian because of my flaws. I know that I am wholly redeemed by Christ's dying for my sins. But am I actually a good influence towards others leading them towards wanting Christ in their lives.

You are not a failure because of your flaws.
You are a sinner.
You are justified in Christ and you no longer have to worry about it,… because you are saved and know the end of the story.

Is that the guy who said?:

Matthew 15:24 (CEB) = Jesus replied, “I’ve been sent only to the lost sheep, the people of Israel.”

And who spoke in parables so that outsiders would be kept ignorant about what he was yakking about?

Matthew 13:13-15 (PHILLIPS) = “Because you have been given the chance to understand the secrets of the kingdom of Heaven,” replied Jesus, “but they have not. For when a man has something, more is given to him till he has plenty. But if he has nothing even his nothing will be taken away from him. This is why I speak to them in these parables; because they go through life with their eyes open, but see nothing, and with their ears open, but understand nothing of what they hear. They are the living fulfilment of Isaiah’s prophecy which says: ‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and seeing you will see and not perceive; for the heart of this people has grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, lest they should understand with their heart and turn, so that I should heal them’.

And what about the Jews who came from Europe? Are they descendants of biblical Jews or what?

Remember, in the biblical fairytale Jews were scattered from Spain to Ethiopia to India.

Yeah, but there were 6 different tribes in that land, and they were all called Jews at one time... they were called Yudeans because there was no such thing as a JEW in Jesus day.... Yudeans became Jews. In the passage you mentioned, Jesus is talking to a Samaritan. The Samaritans, Phoenicians, Canaanites, Edomites and Arabs were also integrated in with the Jews. Also, King Herod was half Arab and Half Edomite.
Technically, the Jesus character was a Galilean. He had to be born in Bethlehem in order to satisfy the prophecy.

Micah 5:2 (CEB) = As for you, Bethlehem of Ephrathah, though you are the least significant of Judah’s forces, one who is to be a ruler in Israel on my behalf will come out from you. His origin is from remote times, from ancient days."

Matthew 2:6 (CEB) = "You, Bethlehem, land of Judah, by no means are you least among the rulers of Judah, because from you will come one who governs, who will shepherd my people Israel.”

People were called Jews in the Old Testament. There are countless verses in all Bible versions. Of course there were no "J" words before the 1500s AD.
