dont you wish there was more of a community for atheists? [Spirituality & Religion]

I wish there were more groups or churches for atheists. I really love churches, how people have many grate events connect and help each other in churches i wish there was a church for atheists. I found a few groups that just discuss atheism, I went to them and is was just a christian there every time asking questions it wasnt a discussion more of an interview, all the things they said were boring, they were just debating the bible.

No. They'd be all dead. As long as you're alive you'll believe in a god and have faith in that god. When God first created mankind, he put in us the desire to seek Him out which is why we'll never be atheists. Thank God.
@GodSpeed63 That could be taken as a threat.

But it isn't, it's a fact. As long as you're alive you'll believe in a god and have faith in that god.
@GodSpeed63 Then what God do atheists believe in?

They can't, they're dead in the ground. Skeptics, like yourself, believe in any type of god. Whatever god takes the place of the one true God, Yahweh, on your heart, not your heart of flesh, is your god.
@GodSpeed63 You do know that no one else uses your definitions right? What do you call people that believe in no supernatural things then?

Wrong, True Believers use those definitions all the time.
@GodSpeed63 No true scotsman fallacy.

Where's your evidence?

My heavenly Father is perfect.
@GodSpeed63 "True Believers use those definitions all the time."

Yet no believers I know use that term. And I'm from a religious family.

I know true believers that do and I'm not religious.

So?

@GodSpeed63 So perhaps you should append a glossary to each of your posts, so that the rest of the world can understand your meaning, as opposed to what the rest of the world understands the words to mean.
@GodSpeed63 But not all believers use that I mean. Maybe the ones you know. But you can't say all of them do because you have not met all of them.

True but it still doesn't make it any less the fact that there are no living atheists. It just means that they choose to use the world's definition of the noun.

Not quite. They have the desire to seek God in their genes just like you and me. BTW, it was God that opened my eyes to His goodness and not the other way around. Those little darlings have the knowledge of God within them and soon it they'll reveal it when they're older.

WOW!! Just how arrogant can you get? You're right and the rest of the world is wrong. That surely must approach the upper limit of arrogance.

@GodSpeed63 Language works because people agree on meanings. If I keep saying I want rocks instead of I want water I can't get mad at you for continuing to give me rocks.

So in them you have to drill it into them, don't forget the threats.

Why would we have to drill it into them? What threats would those be?

@GodSpeed63 Eternal damnation, for one. Nice thing to teach children!!
