"Many are called
Few are chosen".
It will be the job of the chosen to teach them

The 'psychopath' isn't God but anyone who chooses hell over heaven after they've heard the good news of salvation.

I'm always around children who love God.
2 Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, 3 and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 Whoever receives one little child like this in My name receives Me." (Matthew 18:2-5)
10 “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. 11 For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost." (Matthew 18:10 & 11)
That is the mark of a loving Father for His children.

No indoctrination about it. God's Word is the Truth. It's the only solid truth we have in this fallen world of lies. You want to talk about false indoctrination, start with what you're believing in.

Sure, and underpinned and cemented by religion; the two in a primitive sense are quite reinforcing.
I'm not saying that today is 'better' in this sense, but civilisation today while sometimes maintaining some religious trappings (and the ideas may have partly been derived from religious teaching), is underpinned and cemented by other ideas, such as the rule of law, representative participation in governance, and tolerance (though this has given rise to some frankly whacky ideas too)
Wasn't civilization born out of necessity?

@BlueClapTrap But how can you trust a stranger unless you both believed in a higher power that doesn't like when people are dishonest.
