Anyone ever had an out of body experience ? [Spirituality & Religion]

@revenant what happened during it ?

@John2019 I suddenly saw myself on the ceiling and decided to go for a short ride in the back garden. I got scared by high heels clicking noise and suddenly pouf was back in my body. It was quick but was unmistakable and very 100% real.

@John2019 absolutely. There was no bells, light or anything like a Near Death experience but it sure brought extreme comfort emotionally and mentally.

@revenant what caused it to happen ?

@John2019 It was a time when I hardly slept at all. Bad insomnia. But I remember the whole thing happened like the most natural thing in the world..but I never could again unfortunately.

Maybe we don't know half of what is possible
