Do you hear what God is saying to you? [Spirituality & Religion]

I pray to God everyday...multiple times. However I don't think I can hear what he's saying to me. How do you know?

I have a very deep faith and spirituality. It's something I can feel and sense.

@Gigi1425: thanks. I feel blessed in many ways, but as hard as its been sometimes, quitting wasn't an option.
