Am I being superstitious? [Spirituality & Religion]

Wait? Does believing something makes you a faithful person?

Wait....

What the difference between superstitious and faith?

Faith is when it becomes officially accepted, otherwise people call it superstition. But at its core there is no difference.

@Allelse Aah.. Now that makes sense. 😮

@Quicksilver87 Aye!! Best answer! :D Thanks.

Magical entities can't affect the natural world, but God can.

God is above the physical laws which He created. How else do you explain His miracles. He has healed people, and sets them free from addiction, etc.

Magic is for magicians. God is not some cosmic genie to call upon when we need something, in a selfish way, and He won’t be treated as such, or mocked, as many do these days.
If you love someone, do you give them half your heart? No. They want all your love, for that is what commitment is. You would not settle for your wife giving half her love to you. Jesus is no different.

@LadyGrace Amen to that!!
Simply believing something does not mean you take it to heart or are faithful. Many believe in God, but are not followers of Him. Even Satan believes in God, but hates Him.
You mean send me a private message? Feel free to do so. @Quicksilver87

Whether or not you believe Dinosaurs are real.
Quicksilver87 · 26-30, M
@Rokasu I'm not talking about dinosaurs. 😂
Allelse · 36-40, M
@Quicksilver87 I like dinosaurs.

It all depends on context but in short if you believe in something and someone else doesn't, to you you have faith. To them you are superstitious.

Faith is belief without evidence, you may have faith superstitions are truth if you believe them.
