Who is right when it comes to religions about spirituality and the spirit world? [Spirituality & Religion]

I only believe in Christianity because I had a vision of the cross when I was redeemed and it has explained ALL of my spiritual experiences almost to a T.......BUT I had a talk with a Native who goes to sweat lodges and he said that he can feel the hand of a spirit on his shoulder too just like me, to him its a spirit to me its the hand of the Lord.....I am not all too familiar with what it says about the spirit world in the Islamic religion, or even Buddists....Except that they too also see a great light which Christians believe is Jesus in spirit form......Are all of these religions trying to do their best to explaine the spirit world? Which one is closest to the truth?

No one has ever proven that there is a GOD creator of everything. Religion is written, words in a book, written by man and not based on provable facts. Evolution is written words in a book, written by man based upon scientific researched, provable, facts and yet some people refuse to believe it, the same way that they believe that other religions have false Gods and that their own God is the only true God and if you don't live your life the way I tell you to; I wont punish you, He will and when you die you will burn in hell for eternity. Something else that the existence of has ever been proven. You can believe what you want but don't try to force your religion down my throat by telling me that I am evil based upon what you believe.

@softspokenman I wasn't doing anything wrong, don't tell me that I was shuving my religion down your throat because that goes against my religion! Don't accuse me of accusing you of being evil you did all of that on your own.
@schizosaint, I wasn't doing anything wrong either and now you know what it feels like to have someone else's beliefs "shoved down your throat".

@softspokenman You seem to misplace the use of "shoved down your throat". She made a post. It was your decision whether to read on or not upon first glance, but you chose instead to read on. So, if this is poison, it is clear you were fed of it by your own hand, for you read of your own freewill.
@Lincoln98 I did make a choice because the older I get the more I realize the responsibility to share what I have learned from my life experience with younger people. If I knew what I know now when I was their age my life would have been different. Good parents teach there children what they have learned, from their own experiences, what is good for them and what isn't. What I am talking about "Shoving down someone's throat is, "In God We Trust" which god ? In a country where there are many different religions and In a country that has a separation between church and state. I think that there would be a lot of problems if the words said, "In Evolution We Trust" or when we go to court to testify, swear on Darwin's book to tell the truth. Should an Atheist swear on the bible to tell the truth ? * BTW, "God Bless You" and have a nice day. About as subtle as a Giraffe sitting in my living room and eating sirloin steak.

@softspokenman by sharing your personal experiences in such a manner, are you not then devaluing the experiences of individuals? Giving them the answers and allowing generations to rely solely on external guides alone? It takes a minimum level of decency or at least humanity, to acknowledge that not everyone functions the same as you and each perceives their truth to be true.

Isn’t that related to the problem of millennials, being given the answers, devaluing the experiences that allow them to reach their own conclusions?
@exoid, If I told you that I believed that the moon was made of green cheese, would you believe me ?

Which problem is it that "All" millennials have ?

When each person is born should they have to reinvent the wheel ?

We can tell a child a thousand times not to touch the hot stove but it only takes one time, usually, to learn why not. Would it be better if the child touched the stove by accident and I didn't have to tell them a thousand times not to ? Would it be child abuse if, one day, I took his hand and put it on the stove?,
