Since when did Christians get a free pass to judge? [Spirituality & Religion]

If you will bear with me I will attempt to explain "judge not lest you be judged " but at the same time "you shall know them by their fruit "
If we profess to be Christians we have always been our brothers keeper in a sense ,
we are to confess our sins one to another ,but as a Christian I have learned not to (to many today who profess to be Christians will us the information to hurt you as much or more so then the World ,
I confess to those I have wronged and my family knows all there is to know about me ,I will confess my sins to them and ask their forgiveness and for them to pray for me .
When we take communion we are warned if we have wronged someone or a problem with another believer ,to leave the table and make it right before we take communion ,
it is a reminder as to what Christ did for us ,and now He is in us too ,,so as He forgives ,We have to as well .
So, willful sin ,or bitterness against another ,you need to deal with it first ,but since the cross we don't need a priest or a pope ,we just ask Christ to forgive us ,and by faith ,accept His forgiveness
But as for the Church judging ,there is a procedure that was a common practice years ago ,but with so much sin even in the church today ,its easy to see why most Christians don't follow the practice anymore , but it does not apply to non believers ,,only fellow Christians
It goes like this
If we see a brother who is say a drunk ,loves to drink but not work ,is mean to his kids ,beats his wife ,but loves to preach the "Word of God","Thus saith the Lord ",,well we are to go to him ,and tell him he brings shame on the body ,
that his witness harms the church ,,if he repents then we have helped redeem his soul .(only a fool hates godly correction when they are in the wrong )
but if he refuses correction (Mind you drinking is not a sin of itself ,most sin starts in the heart ,not the habit ,,and drinking is not in the 10 ,,but in the list of things that can exclude you from the kingdom of God ,being a drunkard is mentioned )
Ephesians 5:18 17Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. 18Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to reckless indiscretion. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. ,
Rev 22: 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

(sorcery has a lot of meanings ,a one can be to be drunks and to use drugs ,things that alter the mind ,many times the use of wine for instance was allowed ,but to be a drunk is not ,stubbornness and witchcraft are mentioned as sorcery ,,Idolatry can be many things not just idol worship ,so study is required to understand the words correctly ,
but sin is transgression of the Law ,the 10
1 John 3:4 ,gives the Biblical definition of sin .

Now to know how these words apply to being a drunk or an addict ,even an unconverted sinner (Dog )or any of the rest ,you are a Christian who studies ,you want to know what this means if it can exclude you from Gods kingdom .exactly how Gods word defines it (Not mans meaning ,Gods ,and His word does reveal the definitions ,especially when its things He warns us we better not do if we say we are His )

So if you say you are a brother but live in open sin ,as one who loves you ,I would try to council you .
Not judge and heap more condemnation on you ,but as one who loves you ,and is concerned about you ,and your witness, not just to the world but just as much to your family,
Men are held accountable to be the spiritual head of his family , He is suppose to be the example .
But I come to you in love , but you won't hear me ,
then I am to come back with 2 or more witnesses ,,and tell your again in their presence .
Now if you tell us all to screw off and you are unwilling to repent (ask forgiveness and then turn from it )
then its to be brought before the church and in the day ,that person was shunned until they repented ,,
This in not normally done to a babe in Christ ,they are just coming to the Lord and some time to grow is granted ,this is for those who profess to the world
I am a son of God ,
So I do openly profess to me a born again Child of God ,I am putting myself out there ,but my actions should speak louder then my words .
if I live in open sin and you have fault against me ,,,then I want you to tell me so I am not setting a bad example .and also so I can deal with it ,I do not wish to be the cause of others judging the Church as liars and sinners who just pretend to love God ,and even scarier ,that I might lead someone else to stumble too .
You know ,just like this post ,the world looks for stones to throw ,
They love to say "And that man calls himself a Christian "
So you see if the world is judging us ,and their accusations are valid ,then a good brother would want to hear something they do is bringing shame to Christians as a whole or is out of order ,so we can deal with it .

Paul was so devout he said if his eating meat offended someone then he would never eat meat again ,We are to flee from sin and even the appearance of it,
We are not to give others a reason to accuse the Body ,the Body of Christ .
We represent Christ ,so one would hope you see Christ in us ,not just more Hippocrates .
Now here is where the scripture "Judge not lest you be judged" applies
its a warning ,,you can bring an accusation against a brother ,BUT if you do you had better have your own house in order ,
NEVER can any of us judge the salvation of another ,we do not know Gods plan
King Nebuchadnezzar and Saul aka Paul are good examples ,,God used both ,even though both men did harm to Gods people ,but God had a plan to use both .
But we can judge the fruit a tree bears ,if you say you are Gods ,then some fruit should reflect that

Galatians 5:22-23King James Version (KJV)
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

A brother or sister ,(I know I used brother in this but I mean a child of God male and female )
Who leads others to sin ,either by teaching error ,or by their open sin
These are called stumbling blocks
The Bible says it would be best for them to tie a mill stone around their necks and cast themselves into the ocean as to lead Christs flock astray
But all this is only for a person who says they are "Saved" a Child of God who has been converted from a dog or Gentile ,into a spiritual Jew ,,,
Who has asked Christ as the Holy Spirit into their lives .
One who is unsaved is said to be dead in sin ,and not accountable to the laws of God ,,this is only for the saved ,who say they have died to sin ,
they have been buried in Christ in Baptism (buried in water is the burial ,raised from the water represents Christ being raised from the dead )
We are symbolically dead and buried ,it was not us who come's up ,it was Christ ,
that is why John Baptizing Christ was important ,,it was the beginning of a 7 year prophecy ,but it was also for our example ,
We are saying we have died to self ,now we willingly want to live to please God ,so if we forget who we say we are ,a brother or sister who actually loves me
will remind me who I represent if they see me in open sin ,
I am not just bringing shame to myself and my witness ,but to everyone who says they are a Christian too ,,the World loves when one sins ,especially a Preacher ,then they have an excuse to blame all Christians
So yea ,we are asked by God to keep an eye on each other ,to help us all to be better examples ,,not just to judge
