Why am I afraid to try to meditate? [Spirituality & Religion]
I know you can't answer this for ME personally, but that is one of the most burning questions I have. Why am I so afraid of my own mind?

@YMITheWayIM Whoa! Externally I crave it and have made lots of changes to my life, but maybe you're on to something deeper. Thanks for that answer.
