is growing spiritually not enough? [Spirituality & Religion]

I always said u should hear everyones beliefs, everyones faith. Ive read the Bible, the Quran, the Tripitaka and even the Vedas. I've met Wiccans, Romani travelers and even self proclaimed Satanists (just playing devils advocate.) aspects from all have affected me spiritually but I've never found one I can commit to on its own above all others wholeheartedly. I've grown spiritually a great deal however. and that's all that matters to me. What else do i really need?

There are many clever books that give uselful perspectives on life and that are not preaching any religious system.

@EarthlingWise Care to suggest me one?
Michel de Montaigne, Beaumarchais, Baruch Spinoza, Voltaire, Michel Foucault, then you have poets like Audre Lorde, George Sand...
