What we got here for a musical interlude whilst channel flipping, an assemblage of songs I prepared during my little meal was cooking in the microwave, film and show watching are completed, for these reasons do I do this -- for inclusion of music, and to see what these channels offer, I so often disparage it and make fun of it even, to get on dad's nerves I extol religiously the supposed virtues of The Young and the Restless and The View. For strictly visual purposes the delights of them channels is good enough, as I bob my head to these tunes here.
Some songs by Dean Martin, Nancy Sinatra, Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder, The Commodores, Steve Miller Band, Queen, STYX, Lucia Popp pops in again, as the theme song for the year, I don't even know what the name of that aria means, but it sounds so lusciously gorgeous, my theme song last year was a nonsense classic, so I'm due for a classy theme this year!!
Then we have Stefano Maiorana playing a cool looking stringed instrument for a couple Hendrix tunes, Jimi appears as if summoned from a arcane ceremony, before Josephine Foster sings one of the 4 songs that are immortal for me from her,
Then the Miss Li video that introduced her to me, what a fun one!!
Moondog's Paris sweeps in, followed by Arcade Fire's frenchie kind of song, and then finally one of the best songs from the KINGS of Rock n' Roll ✌
