Using the word "witch" as a euphemism

I find a lot of people use the word witch when they really mean to call someone the B word. My mom even does that from time to time.

This isn't okay.

If somebody was a greedy, money grubbing con artist, would you call them a Jew? (Well, some of you would, but you get my point.)

Speaking as a witch, I am sometimes a rather unpleasant individual, but not always. Sometimes, I can even be fun, or so I kid myself. And I know it's pretty much universally used as a euphemism, mostly by people who think we don't exist, and I've been told I should just "get over it." But it bothers me just a little every time.

Okay, I'll shut up now.

Shit's about name calling and low intellect thinking, imo.

At the end of the day, I don't think it's as much about witches or Jews as much as it is about folks who want to blame and hate on others, but can't even articulate why the others should be blamed without resorting to labels like witches, Jews, libs, RINOs, etc.
