Women expecting men to be mind-readers - today's example

Ex arrives to pick up my daughter after she's been with me for 2 weeks.

I remind ex she needs to also take my daughter's bicycle that she lent to me for the duration. That makes her immediately grumpy and stand-offish.

She starts to try putting in the back of her car. I offer to help - get told a resounding 'no I do not need your help'. So I stand there watching as she struggles while I giggle internatlly, then she blows me up for not offering to help when she was struggling. So I told her to stop and let me fix it, which I did. Got no thanks, just a grumble because I had to sort out something she couldn't figure out.

The woman has not been my romantic partner since I left her on Sep 10 2018 (day before I turned 50), and things like this are why. Never got thanks for anything, was never good enough, everything I did was shit, all my hobbies/interests were shit, my job was shit. You get the picture.

But it also goes to the point of women expecting men to be mind-readers despite man-hating feminist type women telling men they are not needed or wanted for the last 10 to 20 years, until they are, but by then we've stopped caring and don't automatically offer to help women in distress anymore. 8-) Plus we walk away from dating, romance, relationships, and any interest in that M word because dating has been gamified and transactionalised. ie. no ROI.

ie. As a man you can never be right when it comes to what a woman wants from you.

I agree with you all along, though I don’t think your experience has anything to do with ’feminism’.
As a wise man once told me, there ain't no figurin' a female. Unless it involves your daughter, it's best just leave her to her own devices and let her ask for help on her own.
Why not just ask to put the bicycle in her car for her in the first place? Sounds like you were trying to instigate an issue to me to make urself a victim

You just need the right woman that will appreciate you
