Well that is not cool
I can't remember the last time I even watched a television news broadcast (local or otherwise)
It seems so very obsolete
I was sitting in a waiting room yesterday and a tv was on the opposite wall with the volume muted but closed captioning on, and I only occasionally glanced at it, but I could tell it was the Today Show, and I just noticed a couple of passages of captioning text and wondered "Who is this show for, what is even the point of it?"
Any news or weather I get comes from a web browser (Google News, Weather.com), it's very rarely video, and unlike with that brief glimpse of the Today Show I never see interviews with "Lifestyle Influencers" (what does that even mean?)

@SW-User I enjoy the news... the weather, the sports...but I'm sensing the newscasts are biased and only show stories they want you to watch.
